DESCRIPTION:Do you have the Winter Blues? Why don’t you join Chef Amanda in this Winter Seafood Cooking Class. Nothing like a hot bowl of flavorful clam chowder chock full of clams\, Baked stuffed shrimp filled with a buttery seafood stuffing\, Seafood and Vegetable Pilaf and to finish out your meal with these delicate and delicious lemon blueberry hand pies \n\nOn The Menu: \n\nClam Chowder\nBaked Stuffed Shrimp\nSeafood & Vegetable Pilaf\nLemon Blueberry Hand Pies\n\nAt Kitch\, our cooking classes are a hands-on experience. You won’t just watch from the sidelines\, you’ll break into groups\, and actively prepare the night’s menu\, with each group handling a different recipe. No matter what your skill level\, you’ll be able to learn new techniques as Chef Amanda helps everyone individually\, as well as addressing the group as a whole during the process of preparing the menu! You’ll be able to interact with the other groups to learn new prep and cooking techniques as well! Once the menu has been cooked\, you will sit down as a group at our elegant farm table and enjoy a glass of wine\, and a sit-down dinner from fantastic meal you have created! Classes are limited to a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 people\, and run between 2 and 3 hours\, depending on the menu and class size. All recipes will be provided to every participant.
