DESCRIPTION:Sushi making class! \nJoin Chef Nicole in this new class we are offering. You have asked our chef will deliver. Learn how to roll your own sushi\, rice cooking and seasoning techniques\, knife skills\, garnishing and plating. We will be making classic California rolls\, spicy tuna rolls and Philadelphia rolls! \n\nOn The Menu: \n\nCalifornia rolls\nSpicy tuna rolls\nPhiladelphia rolls\nMango Mousse\nWine tasting\n\nAt Kitch\, our cooking classes are a hands-on experience. You won’t just watch from the sidelines\, you’ll break into groups\, and actively prepare the night’s menu\, with each group handling a different recipe. No matter what your skill level\, you’ll be able to learn new techniques as Chef Nicole helps everyone individually\, as well as addressing the group as a whole during the process of preparing the menu! You’ll be able to interact with the other groups to learn new prep and cooking techniques as well! Once the menu has been cooked\, you will sit down as a group at our elegant farm table and enjoy a glass of wine\, and a sit-down dinner from fantastic meal you have created! Classes are limited to a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 10 people\, and run between 2 and 3 hours\, depending on the menu and class size. Classes are limited to 10 people unless otherwise noted and are on a first come\, first served basis. Participants must be at least 21 years of age unless otherwise noted. Any cancelations must be at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or credit for another class. No shows/no calls will forfeit the class fee.
