DESCRIPTION:Elevated Entertaining! \nLearn how to elevate your party by creating a beautiful table full of flavorful and creative bites!\nWe will be crafting a whipped ricotta board\, caprese skewer board\, cheese and charcuterie board and a smoked salmon board. \n\nOn The Menu: \n\nA beautiful table full of flavorful and creative bites!\nWhipped ricotta board\nCaprese skewer board\nCheese and charcuterie board\nSmoked salmon board\nWine Tasting\n\nAt Kitch\, our cooking classes are a hands-on experience. You won’t just watch from the sidelines\, you’ll break into groups\, and actively prepare the night’s menu\, with each group handling a different recipe. No matter what your skill level\, you’ll be able to learn new techniques as Chef Nicole helps everyone individually\, as well as addressing the group as a whole during the process of preparing the menu! You’ll be able to interact with the other groups to learn new prep and cooking techniques as well! Once the menu has been cooked\, you will sit down as a group at our elegant farm table and enjoy a glass of wine\, and a sit-down dinner from fantastic meal you have created! Classes are limited to a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 10 people\, and run between 2 and 3 hours\, depending on the menu and class size. Classes must be paid for in advance. If the class size is too small and needs to be cancelled\, you have the option of a full refund\, or a seat in a future class. Classes are limited to 12 people unless otherwise noted and are on a first come\, first served basis. Participants must be at least 21 years of age unless otherwise noted. Any cancelations must be at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or credit for another class. No shows/no calls will forfeit the class fee.
