SUMMARY:Plant Based Bistro Night
DESCRIPTION:  \nCome join Chef Nicole in the Kitch Kitchen for her first Cooking Class with us. She has an amazing evening with all plant based ingredients. So delicious and flavorful. Once the meal is prepared come join around the Farm Table to eat and partake in a wine tasting. \n\nOn The Menu: \n\nPlant based bistro night (all vegan)\nCrispy mushroom ‘scallops’ with pea puree\nCauliflower steak with herbed risotto\nStrawberry basil vegan panna cotta\nWine tasting\n\nAt Kitch\, our cooking classes are a hands-on experience. You won’t just watch from the sidelines\, you’ll break into groups\, and actively prepare the night’s menu\, with each group handling a different recipe. No matter what your skill level\, you’ll be able to learn new techniques as Chef Nicole helps everyone individually\, as well as addressing the group as a whole during the process of preparing the menu! You’ll be able to interact with the other groups to learn new prep and cooking techniques as well! Once the menu has been cooked\, you will sit down as a group at our elegant farm table and enjoy a glass of wine\, and a sit-down dinner from fantastic meal you have created! Classes are limited to a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 10 people\, and run between 2 and 3 hours\, depending on the menu and class size. All recipes will be provided to every participant. If\, in order to save time\, Chef Nicole has prepared some items from the menu ahead of time\, she will be sure to explain the process to all. I graduated from Culinary Institute of America in NY and began working for Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo\, FL in their bakery. I have also worked for The Strathallan in Rochester NY\, Foxwoods\, Mystic Market and Thames River Greenery’s coffee shop. With so many different baking experiences I am excited to now teach and share my experience. This class will be a combination of hands on participation and demonstration by me. No matter what your skill level\, we will have fun\, and you will learn the baking techniques I have developed in my 20 years of professional baking experience. Class fee is $75\, and best of all\, you get to take home what we make! Classes are limited to 6 people\, for the most personal experience. If a class gets cancelled due to lack of participation\, you will be offered a full refund\, or the ability choose another class.
