Come join Baker Lisa in this Picnic Time Bakes Class \nEach Student will create: \n\nBlueberry Buckle\nFresh Fruit Hand Pies\nCream Cheese Swirl Brownie\n\nBaking with Lisa\nHello all\, I started working at Kitch last year after closing my long time business You Take The Cake after nearly 20 years. I graduated from Culinary Institute of America in NY and began working for Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo\, FL in their bakery. I have also worked for The Strathallan in Rochester NY\, Foxwoods\, Mystic Market and Thames River Greenery’s coffee shop. With so many different baking experiences I am excited to now teach and share my experience. This class will be a combination of hands on participation and demonstration by me. No matter what your skill level\, we will have fun\, and you will learn the baking techniques I have developed in my 20 years of professional baking experience. Class fee is $85\, and best of all\, you get to take home what we make! Classes are limited to 6 people\, for the most personal experience. If a class gets cancelled due to lack of participation\, you will be offered a full refund\, or the ability choose another class. We look forward to seeing you in the kitchen\, at Kitch! \nDisclaimer: All Kitch baking classes are cost + tax. Classes must be paid for in advance. If the class size is too small and needs to be cancelled\, you have the option of a full refund\, or a seat in a future class.
