This place is amazing. The things they have are awesome. I bought 3 hot sauces. The demonstration kitchen had an amazing couple that let us sample their food and sauces. A day i will not forget. Cant wait to go back.

I love the store. I was a little disappointed this time. I bought 2 packages of Black Garlic @11.99 each. When I got home to find out I paid 11.99 for half a bulb of black garlic. At least for that price give the whole bulb.

Received a beautiful baking dish for Christmas 2 years ago. Probably have used it a handful of times. Put together a pasta dish which didn’t include using the oven although it supposedly ovenproof. Took of of heat transport bag to find it literally in two pieces. Perfectly in two pieces. Took back to Kitch today and was told nothing could be done which means they don’t stand by what they sell. It was expensive and barely ever used. Buyer beware!!! They said that they don’t carry the brand anymore. Wonder why? Small shop owners wonder why internet buying is putting them out of business. When you support a small business they in return should support what they sell

Located at the Olde Mistick Village in Mystic CT… Kitch is a great place to find EVERYTHING you need for your kitchen.An ample assortment of culinary tools. I was pleased to find both high end and affordable options.I’m definitely intrigued with the cooking class area… wish I was here to attend.

The staff was very helpful and informative. There are so many selections of hot sauce and salsa. It's so fun to go in and peruse all the different sauces and new cooking knick nacks they have. Great gift ideas, and the cooking classes are a great gift idea or a date night out.

Amazing store if you are a hot sauce and flavor lover. My husband and I come every year to sample and pick up some yummy new hot sauces. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming to letting us sample taste what's new. Very much recommended this place for some exciting new flavors.

What an amazing time we had with Chef Amanda, her sous chef, and the 5 other participants (we were actually a group of six). If you truly want a fun, informative, and casual culinary experience, I highly recommend signing up and going. From soup to dessert (which you help create), it was phenomenal!

Chef Amanda hosted a private cooking class for our bachelorette weekend and it was amazing! She has a great personality and engaged everyone in the group. We had so much fun with the recipes and wine tastings. It was certainly the highlight of everyone's weekend! We also appreciated the 15% off discount on store items. Highly recommend the private cooking classes at Kitch!

This experience was Amazing we had so much fun with Glenda our Chef from Italy! The food was Amazing and everyone had a Great time . We all had a chance to be hands on .. again it was all of our first times going to a cooking class and Definitely will not be our last.. I was so excited to find an olive wood pepper mill I've been in search of here. I purchased it for $87.99 from this store while on vacation. I was completely disgusted when I got home and looked at the manufacturer's website to order the matching salt mill. Kitch totally ripped me off! The manufacturer sells them as a SET for $87.99 and Kitch charged me this for one piece of the set! I will never again step foot in this store.

This store is very well organised, bright, clean and airy. It is too bad the same cannot be said for the staff. They follow one around their store as if they are expecting you to steal items and hide them on your person. While one was following my wife, another was following me because I was carrying a plastic bag containing items we had purchased in other shops. I clearly saw the woman behind the counter say to the worker near me "watch him." As I have hearing loss and have been instructed in lip reading, I am sure that is what she said. I brought my bag to the counter and told her to check my bag. I left it there until we were ready to leave the store. Both my wife and I are near 60 years of age. We dress conservatively and did nothing to attract such unwanted attention. Needless to say, we will never set foot in this shop again. I would also recommend others to skip this shop and avoid the same experience. It is a shame our 30th Wedding Anniversary had to contain such an upsetting episode. Our visit was Friday, June 14, 2019 at approximately 1:30 p.m.
