I graduated from Culinary Institute of America in NY and began working for Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo\, FL in their bakery. I have also worked for The Strathallan in Rochester NY\, Foxwoods\, Mystic Market and Thames River Greenery’s coffee shop. With so many different baking experiences I am excited to now teach and share my experience. This class will be a combination of hands on participation and demonstration by me. No matter what your skill level\, we will have fun\, and you will learn the baking techniques I have developed in my 20 years of professional baking experience. Class fee is $75\, and best of all\, you get to take home what we make! Classes are limited to 6 people\, for the most personal experience. If a class gets cancelled due to lack of participation\, you will be offered a full refund\, or the ability choose another class.
