Smokey Apple BBQ Pulled Pork Recipe


  • 2-2.5 lbs of Pork Shoulder
  • 1 15oz jar of Smokey Apple BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup water or apple cider


  1. Place meat and 1/2 jar of sauce, and 1 cup of water or apple cider in slow cooker.
  2. Cook on Low for 6 hours.
  3. Remove Pork Shoulder from slow cooker and put on your JK Adams Carving Board.
  4. Take two forks and pull the pork into smaller pieces of meat.
  5. Place meat back into the sauce in the slow cooker. Add additional Smokey Apple BBQ Sauce to thicken sauce if needed.
  6. Serve with buns, coleslaw and cheese.
  7. Let everyone make their own unique pulled pork sandwich.
