Smoked & Spicy Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. chicken wings
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tsp Spicy Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp sriracha

Directions

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Dry the wings with paper towels and poke them with a fork all over.
  3. Set aside about one-quarter of the sauce for later. With the rest of the sauce, coat wings evenly in a bowl and marinate in the fridge for 4-8 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  5. Spread wings evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Flip wings and pour on the rest of the sauce and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
