DESCRIPTION:Come join Chef Amanda in this Harvest Table Cooking Class. The flavors of the Summer harvest. You will start off with Roasted Beet Carpaccio goat cheese\, candied walnuts\, microgreens and balsamic glaze\, The Fresh Catch of The Day is Herb Roasted Local White Fish finished with roasted lemon-garlic pan jus\, Parmesan Stuffed Roasted Summer Vegetables of Zucchini\, squash\, tomatoes and fresh herbs and complete your meal with Dark Chocolate Pot de Crème with sea salt\, whipped cream fresh raspberries and almond brittle. \n\nOn The Menu: \n\n Roasted Beet Carpaccio\nHerb Roasted Local White Fish\nParmesan Stuffed Roasted Summer Vegetables\nDark Chocolate Pot de Crème\nWine Tasting\n\nAt Kitch\, our cooking classes are a hands-on experience. You won’t just watch from the sidelines\, you’ll break into groups\, and actively prepare the night’s menu\, with each group handling a different recipe. No matter what your skill level\, you’ll be able to learn new techniques as Chef Amanda helps everyone individually\, as well as addressing the group as a whole during the process of preparing the menu! You’ll be able to interact with the other groups to learn new prep and cooking techniques as well! Once the menu has been cooked\, you will sit down as a group at our elegant farm table and enjoy a glass of wine\, and a sit-down dinner from fantastic meal you have created! Classes are limited to a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 10 people\, and run between 2 and 3 hours\, depending on the menu and class size. All recipes will be provided to every participant. If\, in order to save time\, Chef Amanda has prepared some items from the menu ahead of time\, she will be sure to explain the process to all. Any cancelations must be at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or credit for another class. No shows/no calls will forfeit the class fee.
