1-14oz Box Dried Lo Mein Noodles
Olive Oil, as needed
5 Cloves Garlic, minced
3 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
1/2 Bottle (2.5 oz) Deja Vu Hot Sauce (Available here at Kitch!)
1-1/2 cups Cold Water
5 Tbsp Crunchy Peanut Butter
4 Tbsp Honey
1/2 Red Onion, sliced
1 Ear Corn (Kernals removed), Broccoli Florets, Asparagus and/or Bell Peppers
1 Bunch Scallions, sliced into rounds
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and cook until tender (approx. 4 minutes). Drain and run under cold water to cool.
Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in a small pot. Add minced garlic and sesame seeds. Cook 2 minutes on medium-low heat or until sesame seeds begin to lightly brown. Add Deja Vu, water, peanut butter and honey. Stir until smooth. Bring to a boil then remove from heat and cool to room temperature (sauce should be thin).
Heat a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil to coat bottom of pan then add sliced onion and veggies of your choice. Sauté until onions start to brown and veggies begin to soften but still have a good crunch to them. Add to noodles.
Pour sauce over noodles and veggies. Stir to combine. Refrigerate until completely cool. Toss once more before serving. Garnish with green onions and more sesame seeds.
¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
¼ cup Stonewall Kitchen Raspberry Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce (Available here at Kitch!)
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Whisk together red wine vinegar and raspberry honey mustard dipping sauce in a medium sized bowl.
While whisking continuously, slowly pour in the olive oil until it is fully incorporated into the dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over your favorite salad.

A few months ago Dan & Lynne traveled to Georgia for a product show and they brought back Dr. Petes Foods. Dr. Petes is a line of sauces, baking mixes and more developed and created by a family run company in a sleepy town in South Georgia. Inspired by Dr. Pete himself, both doctor and foodie! He was known for creating joyous dishes and sauces for his friends and family. In 1985 his daughter and son-in-law began bottling his recipes. We love it and hope you do too! We recently got a large shipment. So stop in, stock up and bring a little Georgia home with you!

Bone-in Chicken Wings
Bub n’ Mutha’s Honey 'n Heat (Back in stock at Kitch!)
Cooking oil (your choice)
1. Set oven to 225 and pre-heat.
2. Mix oil, soy sauce and 1 TBL. Bub 'n Mutha's Honey 'n Heat until well bended.
3. Pour over wings in a ziplock bag or vacuum seal bag or small container that has a locking cover. Shake till all the wings are covered and let sit for a minimum of 2 hours in the fridge.
4. For indoors, place wings on a baking sheet. Sprinkle as much of Bub n’ Mutha’s Honey 'n Heat as you can stand on one side.
5. Place in the oven at 225 for an hour. After one hour, turn the pieces over and sprinkle more Honey 'n Heat on the new side repeat for an additional 45 minutes to an hour. Once they are done, switch to the broiler setting and place the chicken in for 2 to 3 minutes on each side to really crisp up the skin.
** If using a grill, let the wings cook a while indirectly away from the charcoal. For a smoker, do what you usually do, however, with grill or smoker, put the Honey 'n Heat on both sides before placing them on the grate.
This bright and lively butter really comes alive with the additions of fresh herbs and West Maquoit Vinegar Works Fruit & Flower Vinegar. Slather it on corn, potatoes, fish, lobster, steaks, chicken, green beans, squash, muffins, breads, pretty much everything!
1 stick Butter- softened
2 tsp Fruit & Flower Vinegar (Available here at Kitch!)
2 tsp Honey
1 tsp Chives
1 tsp Fennel Fronds
1 tsp Tarragon
1 1tsp Thyme
1 pinch Salt & Pepper
EQUIPMENT: medium sized bowl & whisk or stand mixer.
Start by softening your butter, we like to leave it out on the counter in a warm spot in the kitchen overnight. In a pinch, soften your butter cautiously in a microwave, or in a double boiler on the stovetop. Pick and finely chop the fresh herbs. Whisk into the soft butter the honey and herbs. Whisk in the vinegar one teaspoon at a time, tasting as you go. The butter should be balanced, sweet and tart and rich. If you like things as tart as we do 3-4 tsp might do the trick. Season to taste with salt. Keep at room temperature in a covered container for up to a week.
