Come join Chef Amanda in this American Gourmet-Vegan Steakhouse Cooking Class.
You don’t have to be Vegan to explore this fresh and delectable meal. You will begin the evening with seared portobello mushrooms cooked to perfection and served with this rich and flavorful cognac peppercorn sauce. Wait to you try these amazing loaded mashed potatoes, the cool and flavorful roasted vegetable salad crisp quinoa with a lemon-chive aioli. Save room for dessert with coconut almond bread pudding with caramel. Come sit around the Farm Table and enjoy your meal with your classmates along with a selection of wine to taste. At Kitch, our cooking classes are a hands-on experience. You won’t just watch from the sidelines, you’ll break into groups, and actively prepare the night’s menu, with each group handling a different recipe. No matter what your skill level, you’ll be able to learn new techniques as Chef Amanda helps everyone individually, as well as addressing the group as a whole during the process of preparing the menu! You’ll be able to interact with the other groups to learn new prep and cooking techniques as well! Once the menu has been cooked, you will sit down as a group at our elegant farm table and enjoy a glass of wine, and a sit-down dinner from fantastic meal you have created! Classes are limited to a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 people, and run between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the menu and class size. All recipes will be provided to every participant. If, in order to save time, Chef Amanda has prepared some items from the menu ahead of time, she will be sure to explain the process to all. All recipes will be provided to every participant.

**Complimentary wine tasting will be provided, and you are also welcome to bring your own beverages (BYOB).**

Disclaimer: All Kitch Cooking classes are cost + tax. Classes must be paid for in advance. If the class size is too small and needs to be cancelled, you have the option of a full refund, or a seat in a future class. Classes are limited to 12 people unless otherwise noted and are on a first come, first served basis. Participants must be at least 21 years of age unless otherwise noted. Any cancelations must be at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or credit for another class. No shows/no calls will forfeit the class fee.
