Come join Chef Amanda on this Asian inspired meal. This class you don’t want to miss. The delicate and delicious Seared Tuna sushi bowls, to the Summer Roll salad, and the finale of the coconut crepes with matcha whipped cream and fresh strawberries, milk tea and a wine tasting. Then join everyone at the Farm Table for your dinner and commence with family, friends and cooking class mates.

On The Menu:

  • Seared Tuna Sushi Bowls: White Rice topped with Ginger Seared Tuna, sesame seeds, wasabi aioli and spicy mayo, garnished with crispy seaweed, & diced cucumber.
  • Summer roll salad Leafy greens, cucumber, carrot and fresh herbs topped with shrimp, vermicelli noodles, sesame ginger dressing, and peanut sauce.
  • Coconut Crepes: Rolled Coconut Crepes filled with matcha whipped cream topped with fresh strawberries and toasted coconut.
  • Milk Tea
  • Wine Tasting

At Kitch, our cooking classes are a hands-on experience. You won’t just watch from the sidelines, you’ll break into groups, and actively prepare the night’s menu, with each group handling a different recipe. No matter what your skill level, you’ll be able to learn new techniques as Chef Amanda helps everyone individually, as well as addressing the group as a whole during the process of preparing the menu! You’ll be able to interact with the other groups to learn new prep and cooking techniques as well! Once the menu has been cooked, you will sit down as a group at our elegant farm table and enjoy a glass of wine, and a sit-down dinner from fantastic meal you have created! Classes are limited to a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 people, and run between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the menu and class size. All recipes will be provided to every participant. If, in order to save time, Chef Amanda has prepared some items from the menu ahead of time, she will be sure to explain the process to all. All recipes will be provided to every participant.

**Complimentary wine tasting will be provided, and you are also welcome to bring your own beverages (BYOB).**

Disclaimer: All Kitch Cooking classes are cost + tax. Classes must be paid for in advance. If the class size is too small and needs to be cancelled, you have the option of a full refund, or a seat in a future class. Classes are limited to 12 people unless otherwise noted and are on a first come, first served basis. Participants must be at least 21 years of age unless otherwise noted. Any cancelations must be at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or credit for another class. No shows/no calls will forfeit the class fee.
