At Kitch, our cooking classes are a hands-on experience. You won’t just watch from the sidelines, you’ll break into groups, and actively prepare the night’s menu, with each group handling a different recipe. No matter what your skill level, you’ll be able to learn new techniques as Chef Gary helps everyone individually, as well as addressing the group as a whole during the process of preparing the menu! You’ll be able to interact with the other groups to learn new prep and cooking techniques as well! Once the menu has been cooked, you will sit down as a group at our elegant farm table and enjoy a glass of wine, and a sit-down dinner from fantastic meal you have created! Classes are limited to 6 to 12 people, and run between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the menu and class size. All recipes will be provided to every participant. If, in order to save time, Chef Gary has prepared some items from the menu ahead of time, he will be sure to explain the process to all. Classes are limited to 6 to 8 people, and run between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the menu and class size. All recipes will be provided to every participant.
