We are excited to introduce Kay Ellen who will be teaching The Art of Pasta Making. Our class will start with a Prosecco toast as we don our aprons and get into an Italian mood while listening Italian music and a little history of how I learned pasta making in Italy from making potato gnocchi in Rome to making semolina pasta in Sicily. I will teach techniques from making the pasta dough to using the pasta machine to roll out and cut into angel hair pasta.
Together we will assemble the tiramisu and a demonstration of the sauce brings the pasta meal together. Finally we will enjoy the meal we created!
On The Menu:
- Homemade angel hair pasta with prosciutto, spring peas, and lemon.
- Citrus fruit salad with pistachios and a lemon vinaigrette on bib lettuce.
- Individual Limoncello Tiramisu cups
