
I’m Kay Ellen, a Waterford local who spends my days working in cardiology and my evenings teaching the magic of homemade pasta. After traveling to Italy and immersing myself in the culture, I learned the art of pasta making and completely fell in love. Now, I get to share that passion with others, using simple, fresh ingredients like semolina and water to create handcrafted pasta.
But pasta is only part of the story—I love pairing it with special seasonal sauces to create a full meal that highlights fresh flavors and brings people together around the table.
