Hello all, I started working at Kitch last year after closing my long time business You Take The Cake after nearly 20 years. I graduated from Culinary Institute of America in NY and began working for Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo, FL in their bakery. I have also worked for The Strathallan in Rochester NY, Foxwoods, Mystic Market and Thames River Greenery’s coffee shop. With so many different baking experiences I am excited to now teach and share my experience.
