This place is amazing. The things they have are awesome. I bought 3 hot sauces. The demonstration kitchen had an amazing couple that let us sample their food and sauces. A day i will not forget. Cant wait to go back.

I love the store. I was a little disappointed this time. I bought 2 packages of Black Garlic @11.99 each. When I got home to find out I paid 11.99 for half a bulb of black garlic. At least for that price give the whole bulb.

Received a beautiful baking dish for Christmas 2 years ago. Probably have used it a handful of times. Put together a pasta dish which didn’t include using the oven although it supposedly ovenproof. Took of of heat transport bag to find it literally in two pieces. Perfectly in two pieces. Took back to Kitch today and was told nothing could be done which means they don’t stand by what they sell. It was expensive and barely ever used. Buyer beware!!! They said that they don’t carry the brand anymore. Wonder why? Small shop owners wonder why internet buying is putting them out of business. When you support a small business they in return should support what they sell

I was so excited to find an olive wood pepper mill I've been in search of here. I purchased it for $87.99 from this store while on vacation. I was completely disgusted when I got home and looked at the manufacturer's website to order the matching salt mill. Kitch totally ripped me off! The manufacturer sells them as a SET for $87.99 and Kitch charged me this for one piece of the set! I will never again step foot in this store.

This store is very well organised, bright, clean and airy. It is too bad the same cannot be said for the staff. They follow one around their store as if they are expecting you to steal items and hide them on your person. While one was following my wife, another was following me because I was carrying a plastic bag containing items we had purchased in other shops. I clearly saw the woman behind the counter say to the worker near me "watch him." As I have hearing loss and have been instructed in lip reading, I am sure that is what she said. I brought my bag to the counter and told her to check my bag. I left it there until we were ready to leave the store. Both my wife and I are near 60 years of age. We dress conservatively and did nothing to attract such unwanted attention. Needless to say, we will never set foot in this shop again. I would also recommend others to skip this shop and avoid the same experience. It is a shame our 30th Wedding Anniversary had to contain such an upsetting episode. Our visit was Friday, June 14, 2019 at approximately 1:30 p.m.
