This Avocado Tuna Salad Sandwich is a healthier take on a classic lunch favorite. Creamy avocado replaces mayo, creating a nutrient-packed, flavorful filling.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole-grain bread
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix tuna, mashed avocado, celery, red onion, and lemon juice.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread the tuna mixture onto a slice of bread and top with the other slice.
  4. Cut in half and serve immediately.
