Ingredients:

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Flour tortillas, for serving
  • Sour cream and salsa, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place sliced chicken, bell peppers, and onion on a large baking sheet.
