Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped fresh dill and minced garlic.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Place lemon slices on top of each salmon fillet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Serve with your choice of side dishes.
