Barbecue and Beer Meatballs


  • 1 package (22 ounces) frozen fully cooked Angus beef meatballs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/3 cup beer
  • Thinly sliced jalapeno pepper, optional


  1. Prepare meatballs according to package directions.

  2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine barbecue sauce and beer; heat through. Add meatballs; stir to coat. If desired, top with jalapenos to serve.
