Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook for 7-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Toss the chicken in Buffalo sauce, stirring to coat evenly. Remove from heat.
- Lay out the tortillas and fill each one with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chicken, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese.
