A creamy and cheesy appetizer, Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip is a crowd favorite at any potluck. It’s packed with tender spinach, artichokes, and a gooey blend of cheeses.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
