Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • Flour tortillas
  • Sour cream, salsa, and guacamole (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic.
  5. Sauté until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and sprinkle with fajita seasoning.
  7. Stir well to combine and heat through.
  8. Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture in warm flour tortillas with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
