Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
- Flour tortillas
- Sour cream, salsa, and guacamole (for serving)
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic.
- Sauté until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and sprinkle with fajita seasoning.
- Stir well to combine and heat through.
- Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture in warm flour tortillas with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
