Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh thyme, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the chicken thighs until they are golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, continuing to stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce begins to thicken.
  5. Return the seared chicken thighs to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top. Let them simmer in the sauce for a few minutes to heat through and absorb the flavors.
  6. Sprinkle the dish with fresh thyme leaves just before serving.
  7. Serve the creamy garlic Parmesan chicken hot, accompanied by your favorite side dishes.
  8. Enjoy your delicious and flavorful meal!
