Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Fresh thyme, for garnish
Instructions:
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the chicken thighs until they are golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, continuing to stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce begins to thicken.
- Return the seared chicken thighs to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top. Let them simmer in the sauce for a few minutes to heat through and absorb the flavors.
- Sprinkle the dish with fresh thyme leaves just before serving.
- Serve the creamy garlic Parmesan chicken hot, accompanied by your favorite side dishes.
- Enjoy your delicious and flavorful meal!
