Delmonico Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 Bag Frozen Hashbrowns – cubed or shredded
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
- 8oz Container sour cream
- 2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ Cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 Small onion, diced
- ¾ Cup Butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 ounces prosciutto or ham, diced small
- 3 potatoes (about 1 pound), diced into ½” cubes
- 12 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cream or milk
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup (4 ounces) Gruyere cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
- Place in a greased casserole dish or large oven proof bowl.
- Top with Panko Bread Crumbs.
- Bake 11/2 to 2 hours at 375 degrees, or until brown and bubbling.
