  • Ocean State Pepper’s Veg-geez Louise Vegetable Seasoning


  1. Toss Asparagus in olive oil.
  2. Season with Veg-geeze Louise vegetable seasoning from Ocean State Pepper Co – again, available from Kitch.
  3. Roast at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.  ( You can finish the steak at 400, just leave it in for only about 4 minutes instead of 6)
  4. You can put the steak and Asparagus in at the same time, since the steak needs to rest for 4 or 5 minutes, so it all is ready to plate at the same time
