Smoked & Spicy Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tsp Spicy Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp sriracha
Directions
- Mix all sauce ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Dry the wings with paper towels and poke them with a fork all over.
- Set aside about one-quarter of the sauce for later. With the rest of the sauce, coat wings evenly in a bowl and marinate in the fridge for 4-8 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spread wings evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Flip wings and pour on the rest of the sauce and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
