Savor the rich and flavorful taste of Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken. This elegant dish is perfect for a special meal. Follow these steps to create your own plate of Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Toothpicks, for securing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and minced garlic, cooking for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and stir in the crumbled feta cheese.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach and feta mixture. Secure with toothpicks.
  4. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
