Swiss Cheese and Ham Crepes
Ingredients
- 2 slices of Cheese
- 2 slices of Ham
- Crepes
Directions
- Make the crepes according to Stonewall Kitchens Instructions
- In a large pan, add half a teaspoon of butter. Allow butter to melt.
- Add a crepe to the pan and warm through.
- Top half of crepe with a slice of cheese and a slice of ham.
- Fold over crepe until it is in a quarter and serve warm.
