Swiss Cheese and Ham Crepes

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Cheese
  • 2 slices of Ham
  • Crepes

Directions

  1. Make the crepes according to Stonewall Kitchens Instructions
  2. In a large pan, add half a teaspoon of butter. Allow butter to melt.
  3. Add a crepe to the pan and warm through.
  4. Top half of crepe with a slice of cheese and a slice of ham.
  5. Fold over crepe until it is in a quarter and serve warm.
