Ingredients:
- 1 lb mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, etc.)
- 1 lb protein (chicken, beef, tofu, or shrimp)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup stir-fry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Cooked rice or noodles (optional)
Instructions:
- Slice the protein into thin strips.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
- Add the protein and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to soften.
- Pour in the stir-fry sauce and stir well to coat everything.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles if desired.
