Ingredients:

  • 1 lb mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas, etc.)
  • 1 lb protein (chicken, beef, tofu, or shrimp)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup stir-fry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Cooked rice or noodles (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Slice the protein into thin strips.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the protein and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to soften.
  6. Pour in the stir-fry sauce and stir well to coat everything.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Serve over cooked rice or noodles if desired.
