Start your Christmas Eve celebration with Baked Brie with Cranberry Sauce. This indulgent appetizer features creamy Brie cheese topped with tangy cranberry sauce and wrapped in golden puff pastry.
Ingredients:
- 1 (8-ounce) wheel of Brie cheese
- ¼ cup cranberry sauce
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the Brie in the center of the puff pastry. Top with cranberry sauce.
- Fold the pastry around the Brie and seal the edges. Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
