Start your Christmas Eve celebration with Baked Brie with Cranberry Sauce. This indulgent appetizer features creamy Brie cheese topped with tangy cranberry sauce and wrapped in golden puff pastry.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8-ounce) wheel of Brie cheese
  • ¼ cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the Brie in the center of the puff pastry. Top with cranberry sauce.
  3. Fold the pastry around the Brie and seal the edges. Brush with beaten egg.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
