Start your morning with wholesome Banana Oat Pancakes. These pancakes are naturally sweetened with ripe bananas and made with oats for a fiber-packed breakfast treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
 - 1 ripe banana
 - 2 eggs
 - ½ tsp baking powder
 - ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
 - Cooking spray or butter for the pan
 
Instructions:
- Blend the oats in a blender or food processor until they form a fine flour.
 - Add the banana, eggs, baking powder, and cinnamon to the blender. Blend until smooth.
 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.
 - Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.
 - Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
