Tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs smothered in a tangy BBQ sauce—perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients:
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Rub ribs with brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap ribs in foil and bake for 2 hours.
- Unwrap, brush with BBQ sauce, and broil for 5 minutes until caramelized.
