Whip up a quick and delicious Beef Stir-Fry with Vegetables for a satisfying dinner. Tender strips of beef and crisp vegetables are tossed in a savory soy-based sauce, perfect for serving over steamed rice or noodles.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions:

  1. Toss the beef with soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Sear the beef until browned and remove from the pan.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Return the beef to the skillet, add oyster sauce, and toss to coat everything evenly.
  5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes and serve immediately.
