Whip up a quick and delicious Beef Stir-Fry with Vegetables for a satisfying dinner. Tender strips of beef and crisp vegetables are tossed in a savory soy-based sauce, perfect for serving over steamed rice or noodles.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Instructions:
- Toss the beef with soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Sear the beef until browned and remove from the pan.
- Add garlic, ginger, broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Return the beef to the skillet, add oyster sauce, and toss to coat everything evenly.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes and serve immediately.
