Spicy, tangy, and loaded with flavor, Buffalo Chicken Meatballs are the perfect finger food for any potluck.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Roll into 1-inch meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve warm with extra Buffalo sauce on the side.
