Ingredients:

  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
     

Instructions:

  1. Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices on a plate, alternating pieces.
