Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs in a bowl until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the water, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
- Slowly whisk the water mixture into the beaten eggs.
- Pour the egg mixture into a heatproof dish and steam over high heat for 10-15 minutes, or until the custard is set but still soft.
