Indulge in the gooey goodness of Chocolate Lava Cake, a rich dessert perfect for special occasions or an indulgent treat.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Powdered sugar and berries, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Grease four ramekins and dust with flour.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until frothy. Gradually mix in the melted chocolate.
  4. Sift in the flour and gently fold to combine.
  5. Divide the batter among the ramekins. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are set but the center is soft.
