Indulge in the gooey goodness of Chocolate Lava Cake, a rich dessert perfect for special occasions or an indulgent treat.
Ingredients:
- 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Powdered sugar and berries, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Grease four ramekins and dust with flour.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until frothy. Gradually mix in the melted chocolate.
- Sift in the flour and gently fold to combine.
- Divide the batter among the ramekins. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are set but the center is soft.
