Ingredients:
- 2 cups waffle mix (or homemade batter)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ripe pear, peeled and diced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (plus extra for dusting)
- Honey, for drizzling
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the waffle mix, milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon; stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced pear.
- Preheat your waffle iron and grease it lightly.
- Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions until the waffles are golden and crisp.
- Remove waffles, dust with a little extra cinnamon, and drizzle with honey.
