Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil
- Optional: 1/4 cup of cream or milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Potato masher or food processor
Instruction:
- Cut the cauliflower into florets. Steam or boil the cauliflower until tender.
- Meanwhile, mince the garlic cloves. In a skillet, sauté the minced garlic in butter or olive oil until fragrant.
- Once the cauliflower is tender, mash it using a potato masher or process it in a food processor until smooth.
- Add the sautéed garlic and butter mixture to the mashed cauliflower. If desired, add a splash of cream or milk for creaminess.
- Season the mashed cauliflower with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
- Serve hot as a delicious side dish.
