Ingredients:
- 12 oz. fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook fettuccine in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
