Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
