Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta is a quick, delicious dish packed with savory flavors and tender shrimp.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Stir in wine (if using) and simmer for 2 minutes. Toss in pasta and reserved pasta water until coated.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley before serving.
