Enjoy a rich and savory dish with Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta. This recipe combines succulent shrimp sautéed in a garlicky butter sauce, tossed with al dente pasta for a simple yet elegant dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from the skillet.
  4. Add the remaining butter to the skillet, along with the reserved pasta water. Stir until a sauce forms.
  5. Toss the pasta in the sauce, then add the shrimp back to the skillet. Mix well.
  6. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
