Creamy and flavorful, Garlic Mashed Potatoes are the perfect side for any main course.
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain and mash potatoes with garlic, milk, and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
