Say hello to spring with this bold, sweet-savory salad. Grilled halloumi cheese brings a salty crunch, while strawberries add juicy freshness—all topped with a drizzle of tangy balsamic glaze.
Ingredients:
- 6 oz halloumi cheese, sliced
- 2 cups arugula or spring mix
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat a grill pan and grill halloumi slices 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
- Toss greens, strawberries, and pecans in a bowl.
- Top with grilled halloumi, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
