Ingredients:

  • 6 oz halloumi cheese, sliced
  • 2 cups arugula or spring mix
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat a grill pan and grill halloumi slices 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
