Surprise your loved one with adorable Heart-Shaped Pancakes topped with luscious strawberry syrup. These fluffy pancakes are the perfect way to start Valentine’s Day with sweetness and love.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - ½ tsp baking soda
 - 1 cup buttermilk
 - 1 large egg
 - 2 tbsp melted butter
 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
 - 2 tbsp sugar (for syrup)
 - Heart-shaped cookie cutter
 
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
 - In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, and melted butter. Gradually add to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour batter into the skillet and use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to shape the pancakes.
 - Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
 - In a small saucepan, heat chopped strawberries and sugar over low heat, stirring until a syrup forms.
 - Drizzle the syrup over the pancakes before serving.
