Surprise your loved one with adorable Heart-Shaped Pancakes topped with luscious strawberry syrup. These fluffy pancakes are the perfect way to start Valentine’s Day with sweetness and love.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar (for syrup)
  • Heart-shaped cookie cutter

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, and melted butter. Gradually add to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour batter into the skillet and use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to shape the pancakes.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat chopped strawberries and sugar over low heat, stirring until a syrup forms.
  6. Drizzle the syrup over the pancakes before serving.
