Elevate your dinner table with this tender, flavorful Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb.

Ingredients:

  • 1 rack of lamb (8 ribs)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Season lamb with salt and pepper.
  2. Brush lamb with mustard and press breadcrumb mixture (breadcrumbs, parsley, rosemary, and olive oil) onto the meat.
  3. Roast for 20-25 minutes for medium-rare. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
