Elevate your dinner table with this tender, flavorful Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb.
Ingredients:
- 1 rack of lamb (8 ribs)
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons rosemary, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Season lamb with salt and pepper.
- Brush lamb with mustard and press breadcrumb mixture (breadcrumbs, parsley, rosemary, and olive oil) onto the meat.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes for medium-rare. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
