Enjoy a light and flavorful dinner with Herb-Crusted Salmon, perfect for March’s transitional weather. This dish features flaky salmon coated in fresh herbs and served with a bright lemon butter sauce.
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup butter
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil, then coat with parsley and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in lemon juice. Drizzle over salmon before serving.
